This project is a great example of how we can significantly improve the patient experience in a hospital environment.  We replaced every semi- private patient room with a private room, complete with a dedicated family zone.  These included several amenities like individual lighting controls.  We designed a new dining experience based on a newly hired chef’s menu and included indoor and outdoor eating areas.  There is also a healing garden where patients, guests, and staff can relax next to a waterfall. 

 

The spacious new entrance and registration area allows for private conversations, yet has room for families to gather.  And throughout the design, we integrated the hospital’s new brand, mission, and vision.
